Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains how Mearovate (“we”, “us” and “our”) handles personal information when you visit mearovate.cloud or contact us about our work. Mearovate is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@mearovate.cloud.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, email address, business details and anything you choose to include in an enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements and manage the conversation. Where you ask us to prepare a proposal or take steps towards a contract, we use the information for that purpose. Otherwise, our legitimate interests are responding to genuine enquiries, running our business and keeping the website secure. We may also retain information where required by law.
The email draft tool
The enquiry tool opens a draft in your own email application. It does not submit a form to Mearovate or store your answers on this website. If you send the email, it is processed by your email provider and ours in the usual way.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how well it performs. These tools do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites. They collect anonymised, aggregate information such as page views, referring pages and load times, which is not used to identify you personally. Your browser may also cache website files as part of normal browsing. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf to supply their services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to professional advisers who are subject to confidentiality duties.
Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, applicable data protection requirements must be met, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. We consider the purpose, sensitivity and legal requirements when deciding how long to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@mearovate.cloud to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first, but you do not have to contact us before making a complaint.
Other websites and our products
Links to app stores, social platforms and our independent products take you to separate services. Their own privacy policies apply. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party websites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above shows when this version was last updated.
